Currently, she is leading the social and administrative management teams, which has been fundamental in the achievement of turning our company into a model example in the mining sector in social management.

Verónica has over five years of experience focused on the mineral beneficiation process. As Process Plant Supervisor, Verónica oversees the safe and efficient operation of the Mercedes processing plant, aiming to meet production targets and uphold quality and health and safety standards. She strives to maintain a good balance between her personal and professional life.

Cynthia is responsible for managing the company’s Analytical Laboratory department. She has nearly 15 years of experience focused on mineral processing and analysis.

Her main role is to manage worker health and safety, ensure compliance with government regulations, and train Profood staff in safety matters so they can identify risks and hazards and know how to respond to them. She is currently a volunteer with the Red Cross in Hermosillo, Sonora, and is part of the Mercedes Mine Emergency Brigade
