Patricia is a Public Accountant by profession and has more than 18 years of experience working at Bear Creek Mining, where she has played several critical roles. Currently, she is leading the social and administrative management teams, which has been fundamental in the achievement of turning our company into a model example in the mining sector in social management.
A civil engineer with over 13 years of dedicated service at Bear Creek Mining, she has played a pivotal role in securing and upholding environmental permits. Currently, she spearheads environmental scientific research, striving to establish Bear Creek Mining as a leader in this domain.
Estefanía specializes in corporate and environmental law, and has demonstrated a remarkable professional capacity since joining Bear Creek Mining. This has allowed her to play an important role, as well as successfully advising the other areas of our company.
A geological engineer with over 17 years of experience at Bear Creek Mining, she has consistently showcased perseverance and exceptional professional skills, enabling her to take on multiple roles in the exploration sector. Currently serving as Process Superintendent, she continues to excel in her performance.
Katherine is a nurse by profession, currently holds the position of Health Development Manager. Her dedication to social work and excellent interactions with community members has positioned her favorably for future promotions.
Vicentina has been instrumental in driving the community women’s development project forward. She has contributed significantly to their growth as skilled textile artisans, enabling them to create high-quality textile products now exported to multiple international markets.
Elizabeth is a nurse by profession. She carries out important and dedicated work in managing and coordinating with the members of the various communities in our area of influence, to whom she provides health support.
As head of the Mercedes HR team, Maricruz oversees staffing programs, organizes and delivers resources that provide employees at all levels with the necessary tools to achieve their objections, and helps to maintain relationships with Union representatives.
Verónica has over five years of experience focused on the mineral beneficiation process. As Process Plant Supervisor, Verónica oversees the safe and efficient operation of the Mercedes processing plant, aiming to meet production targets and uphold quality and health and safety standards. She strives to maintain a good balance between her personal and professional life.
Cynthia is responsible for managing the company’s Analytical Laboratory department. She has nearly 15 years of experience focused on mineral processing and analysis.
Karla joined Profood as a Safety Supervisor. Her main role is to manage worker health and safety, ensure compliance with government regulations, and train Profood staff in safety matters so they can identify risks and hazards and know how to respond to them. She is currently a volunteer with the Red Cross in Hermosillo, Sonora, and is part of the Mercedes Mine Emergency Brigade
Armidelia currently collaborates and is a key part of the Campamento General Services team. Her service-oriented attitude and always positive outlook on life allow her to consistently deliver quality work.
Cynthia is currently responsible for processing payroll and ensuring timely payments to our employees, as well as administering the compensation and benefits package. Throughout her time with Mina Mercedes, Cynthia’s positive attitude and professionalism have always stood out, always striving for excellence.
Works in the Mine Operations Department in the Lamp Shop and Tool Room. She was later promoted to Mine Contracts Assistant and currently serves as Junior Accountant. Adilene is a clear example of self-improvement.
Alejandra is currently responsible for the recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes, as well as for internal administration and outreach to staff. Alejandra is results-oriented, professional, organized, and methodical, and strives to excel in her work
Gricelda joined the Mina Mercedes team in 2016 as a Camp Assistant and was promoted to her current position in June 2018. Since then, Gricelda has dedicated herself to properly managing the services offered to company personnel (food, lodging, laundry, and transportation), both for Bear Creek Mining and for our business partners.
Alma Elena has over 10 years of experience, having worked for different companies as a Security Supervisor, Administrative Assistant, and as a Warehouse Worker at Mercedes. She is a very organized and methodical person who enjoys teamwork and challenges and easily adapts to change.
Ismerai joined the “Shield” Property Security company just a few months ago; she is primarily responsible for guardhouse inspections.
